以(yi)(yi)上幾種標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)除了一(yi)(yi)些基本尺寸(cun)如頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)對邊、頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)厚度等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同以(yi)(yi)外，最(zui)(zui)主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)有(you)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)單(dan)(dan)位，統(tong)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像ANSI、ASME等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)美(mei)標(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外還有(you)一(yi)(yi)種BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)(dan)位，俗稱(cheng)(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)單(dan)(dan)位，它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角(jiao)為(wei)60度。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都(dou)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角(jiao)也(ye)是(shi)60度，而英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)尖角(jiao)為(wei)55度。由(you)于計量單(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同，導致(zhi)了各種螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)方法也(ye)不(bu)盡相(xiang)同。例如像M16-2X60表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體(ti)意思(si)(si)是(shi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)16MM，牙(ya)距為(wei)2MM，長度為(wei)60MM，又(you)如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體(ti)意思(si)(si)是(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)（一(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)上有(you)20個牙(ya)，長度為(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)。另外要表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話一(yi)(yi)般會(hui)在(zai)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)此來區(qu)別是(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)或(huo)是(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)。在(zai)平時的(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中，我們最(zui)(zui)常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)GB（國標(biao)）和DIN（德標(biao)）。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠在生產(chan)品方(fang)面，主要會接觸(chu)到以下幾種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)。目(mu)前GB30（老國(guo)(guo)標(biao)）在標(biao)準書(shu)中已被(bei)GB5783（新國(guo)(guo)標(biao)）所(suo)(suo)代(dai)替。GB52（老國(guo)(guo)標(biao)）在標(biao)準書(shu)中已被(bei)GB6170（新國(guo)(guo)標(biao)）所(suo)(suo)代(dai)替。 在1986年，國(guo)(guo)家對標(biao)準件制定(ding)了新標(biao)準，一般俗(su)稱為新標(biao)，使用(yong)(yong)最多的主(zhu)要有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為六(liu)角頭(tou)(tou)粗桿(gan)半(ban)牙螺絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)為C級(ji)(ji)(ji)產品(pin)，可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)GB5782來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5782為六(liu)角頭(tou)(tou)粗桿(gan)半(ban)牙螺絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)到級(ji)(ji)(ji)為A級(ji)(ji)(ji)和B級(ji)(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為六(liu)角頭(tou)(tou)全牙螺絲(si)，精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)為C 級(ji)(ji)(ji)產品(pin)。可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)GB5783來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5783為六(liu)角頭(tou)(tou)全牙螺絲(si)，其精(jing)度等(deng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)為A級(ji)(ji)(ji)和B 級(ji)(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為細桿(gan)半(ban)牙的六(liu)角螺絲(si)。

新(xin)標(biao)(biao)與(yu)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區別(bie)在(zai)于(yu)(yu)：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列(lie)的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)上有所(suo)區別(bie)。除M22系列(lie)的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品外，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)產(chan)(chan)品M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要小1MM。分別(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系列(lie)的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)反而要大2MM，應特(te)別(bie)注意。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)頭部厚(hou)度(du)(du)，新(xin)標(biao)(biao)和老(lao)標(biao)(biao)之間略有差別(bie)，在(zai)要求不(bu)是非常(chang)嚴格的(de)(de)情況下可以通用。 新(xin)標(biao)(biao)與(yu)德(de)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區別(bie)在(zai)于(yu)(yu)：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品規格，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)上有所(suo)差別(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)比(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)要小1MM。而M22的(de)(de)新(xin)產(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)，其(qi)(qi)頭部對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)比(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度(du)(du)要大2MM ，其(qi)(qi)它的(de)(de)均(jun)可通用。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠對(dui)于六(liu)角螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準(zhun)有(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)DIN934，對(dui)于它們之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要區別(bie)有(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)要比GB52、GB6172和(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)，俗稱為厚(hou)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)。另外就是(shi)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)系列(lie)中(zhong)DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)都是(shi)13MM比GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要小(xiao)1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為17MM，比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為19MM比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要大1MM。對(dui)于M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為22MM比GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要大1MM。另外就是(shi)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為32MM，比GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要小(xiao)2MM。（GB6170和(he)GB6172除了其厚(hou)度(du)不一樣外，對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全一樣）其余規格在不考慮厚(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下，可以通用。

螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)范在內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)方面，國標(biao)(biao)中有兩個(ge)版(ban)本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)GB70—76，76年版(ban)本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)GB70—85，85年版(ban)本，東(dong)莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，所以(yi)在實際業(ye)務(wu)操作(zuo)中應(ying)注(zhu)意區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)：其中GB70—85與(yu)(yu)(yu)DIN912完全重合(he)，故對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)使用新標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況，不(bu)存在著差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，主要(yao)是(shi)GB70—76與(yu)(yu)(yu)DIN912之(zhi)間有所區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)：M8系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)產品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)12.5MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie),M10系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)產品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)15MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie),M12系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)18MM,比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)18.27要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie),另(ling)(ling)像(xiang)M16、M20系列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)徑比(bi)(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)小0.33MM，分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則分別(bie)(bie)為(wei)24.33MM和30.33MM。另(ling)(ling)外老標(biao)(biao)與(yu)(yu)(yu)德(de)標(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)六(liu)(liu)(liu)角(jiao)(jiao)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度由于(yu)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不(bu)同而不(bu)同，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要(yao)小一(yi)(yi)些(xie)，在業(ye)務(wu)作(zuo)業(ye)中也應(ying)加(jia)以(yi)注(zhu)意。 另(ling)(ling)外，平(ping)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可能會用到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)也有一(yi)(yi)些(xie)區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)，在此也作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)說明，在國標(biao)(biao)中，有兩種馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，即GB12（小半圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)方頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)）和GB14（大(da)半圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)方頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)），平(ping)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在市面上較常(chang)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)還(huan)有德(de)標(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)DIN603。東(dong)莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)廠(chang)對(dui)(dui)(dui)這三者加(jia)以(yi)區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)：對(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)頸(jing)，在同一(yi)(yi)規(gui)格比(bi)(bi)較時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常(chang)在馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使用時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)，往往要(yao)求(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)頸(jing)大(da)而厚，所以(yi)DIN603馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)完全符合(he)要(yao)求(qiu)。
